First Derivatives Plc are a global capital markets software and consultancy firm, they appointed Bailie Associates first in 2006 as MEP design and sustainability consultants for their new 1st and 2nd floor offices at Canal Quay, Newry, and again in 2010 for the ground floor fit out, and also in 2015, for the conversion of 5 apartments in the adjoining Canal Street into offices, the total office area is approaching 5,000 sq ft.
